Akropovic End Can

I wish to change the standard OEM can on my 2022 GSA1250 for an Akropovic end can, purely for cosmetic reasons, personal taste et etc.I just think that it looks nicer.
However, I do not wish to use the new BMW approved Akropovic Euro5 can, the one dubbed “ the python that swallowed something!”
I would like to use the Akropovic Euro3 can, which in my view is more appealing to the eye. Personal taste. I know that this can has removable baffles, and that Euro4 and above cans, baffles cannot be removed.
I am not interested in removing the baffles!

My question is, will the Akro Euro3can, which fitted the GS/GSA1200 also fit directly onto a GS/GSA1250?????

Two dealers tell me no, but I’m sure that I have heard of owners swapping their Euro4 cans from their 1200 to 1250’s. Is this so? Has anybody done it?

Yes, lots of people Euro 3,4 and 5 all fit.

Can (muffler) fits perfect (Euro3 on R1250GSA for me).

Headers are different from 1200 to 1250 if you are looking at a full system later.

I fitted a euro 3 Akra to my 1250. I’m now selling the bike and have taken the Akra off. My mate said he wants it but if not, it’ll be up for sale soon for £500.
