Planning on fitting a Thatcham Approved Category 1 Alarm to an 1150GS asap.

Any recommendations or horror stories you want to tell me about?
Need someone who comes & fits on site, a dry warehouse can be provided in case it's raining.

Want a Meta alarm if possible.

Have had a quote from Target Technology in Birmingham for £279.00 all in - anyone dealt with these guys.

Thanks in advance

Steve

alarm

Hi Steve

I have just got a 2004 adventure and have decided to put an alarm on it.

I bought off ebay a DATATOOL SYSTEM 3 ALARM FOR £73.00 It was brand new never been out of the box. It cam with uncut wires, Sticker, 2 x alarm fobs, neck cord and the all inportant certificate.

Bruce from 'SAFE N SOUND' fitted it for £100.00, if i got the same alarm from BMW it would have cost me £399.00 fitted. I was given his number by the BMW dealer who use him to fit alarms.

I know that they only do 2 alarms, they are DATATOOL and META.

I can recommend them, their website is www.bikealarms.net.

Hope this helps

best wishes
