hello
i am posting this on behalf of Trip/Steve, who is out in india at the moment having successfully completed most of the london/kathmandu trip (though clearly not all!)
he has had an off - a term i trust you are more familiar with than i am - and whilst he's fine (though his pillion has a corker of a gash on the nose) the bike has suffered some damage so he's having it shipped back to london and is carrying on to nepal in the 4x4 for the last 10 days or so of the trip
there is a minor problem with shipping the bike back in that he can't work out how to change the alarm setting. currently it is set to automatically come on when the bike is turned off. he knows that there is a way to re-program this using the fob but has just discovered that his manual is missing the all-important alarm section.
he's asked me to post this and hopes that one of you might have said alarm section somewhere handy and can take a look. if you could post back with instructions on how to do this that I can relay to him over the phone i would be really grateful!!
thanks very much
linda
