cheers guys, I'll add it to the list of roads to go down.

Do any of you know the road about 'Ford' (north of Inveraray) that apparently is a good 'GS road'

TA

Might be the road along side Loch Awe, use the south shore road and ride from from West to East for the best views. Near the end theres a small track leads right onto the waters edge

'Oh and its a dead end , but worth the ride down. Try and go mid-week or in winter otherwise its full of hillwalkers cars parked on the verge'

yeah but even better if you attack it from the other end , entering near Connel 'Ferry' and past Ardchattan Priory (with tea room) to the BonAwe Quarries. Again a dead end road tho' I do think someone in the know may manage to connect the two.

Been there tried that :D
Didnea work, got to the quarry and thier was a nice big warning sign. Couldnt see any way through. Wouldnt bother again as its a pretty uninteresting run, I'll stick with the Glen coe side. :thumb
