All year biker coming next week

I paid £59.75:rob:D

But I'd strip the panels off as well, :D

I'm not actually interested in doing any body's bike, it was just for the banter. But when I get back from work at the weekend I will have to post some before and after pics of mine as it had not been cleaned since Septembers runs up to Inverness and back for work (twice)

In around 3 hours I had the body panels off, seat's, beak. degreased with meguirs APC, Snow foamed with a 50-50 mix of Foam / Gold Class. Scrubbed out with detailing brushes, rinsed, foamed again, washed with the "Wookies Fist", dried with a leaf blower / microfibre. ACF50'd , Panels polished, waxed, sealed and refitted, Rim's / Spokes done with Poorboys Wheel wax, hubs with ACF50

Sat back, brew, admired the handywork and then got it dirty again :-( still it's protected now for a couple of months.

Please don't think I am being negative here, but atomiser? isn't it just a regular spray gun as used in a paint shop?

All credit to the AYB peeps for spotting a gap in the market and making an honest living out of it.

Always good to see pictures of this kind of stuff:thumb As a mechanical numpty, I tend to thread bolts, and break things on a regular basis, it would have taken me a lot longer than you, and several drinks to calm down, by which time I would be so drunk that my bike would end up looking like a disaster area.

And from what I could see, the "atomiser" was just a regular spray gun:rolleyes::D

It looks as though there is a standard price (£59.75 per bike) but will have to pay extra if they have to travel:

I just wish there was a provider near Skipton as I would like to try these guys out :(

If you do get the guy from AYB to come to Skipton, count me in for the treatment - there, you only need one more bike now! :beerjug:

If anyone in Surrey is thinking of getting this done, Jon will be in Guildford next Saturday and Sunday (1st/ 2nd Dec):thumb

I've been doing my own acf spray routine for a few years now, i found that yer average Clark compressor is rated @ 8bar or less, using an old car spray gun the compressor struggled to atomize the acf , so i was finding once the pressure dropped to 7 bar or below it just came out as liquid.
Got a 10 bar Atlas Copco which works great but over the top.
so basically if you buy a cheap 6bar compressor it may struggle to atomize acf

Calne AYB vs Newbury

I'm in S. Glos, anyone got any experience of the chap in Wiltshire? It's him or the fella in Newbury for me.

My New Water Cooled GS gets it tomorrow

AWB man Steve B, lives a mile from me,
He did Tiger last year and road shite just hosed off so booked him to do GS tomorrow before its completely covered on salt.
