Well I know a lot of you have the RT style 17" front wheels fitted But always are mentioning about Mudgaurds not Looking right afterwards
Well I may have stumbled on something for you!
I have an R1150 R telelever that I fitted to My Grrrr last year but took it back off because I have fairing bits that clunk it!
Now I also Have a complete set of R1100S front forks for (EVO style brakes), and a fork bridge, My mate arrives while I'm clearing the loft and says what are they off because they look like his adventure ones?
So We take them over and if you use the adventure top parts and these lowers you can fit an 1100S front mudgaurd to your GS
The difference is in the fork uppers:- S ones pass thru the Yolk and have dummy air valves on top instead of the stud and nut of the GS, and lastly the Fork bridge which on the S is flat but on the GS is stepped to give the extra height
Anyone instested in these gimme a shout I'll bung photos up later (of the forks)
