Alpine Forts Trip

Hello all,

I am considering having a look at few forts on and around the Alps. I just wondered if anyone has ever done a similar trip and could point me in the direction of any recommended routes or info. I'd be doing the trip on my 1150GSA, so would need to be fairly easy to get to. Any help or info would be much appreciated. Thanks very much.

Exxiles and Jaffrau are must sees if you're going near Bardonecchia.

Garmin waypoints file below for Fort Jafferau, Fort Pramand and Fort Foens close by.

Also a detailed map of the area that will open in Google Earth and Garmin Basecamp, if your anygood in Basecamp you can draw a track over the map and upload this to your Garmin satnav to follow

Always wanted to do these Forts but never got the opportunity, hope this helps
