Hi guys,

Thought I'd throw this out there since my usual mates have all bottled it and I'm travelling solo.

Just recently bought a 2013 GS having got rid of my beloved Fireblade of 8 years, and started booking a trip to the French Alps for the summer.

Ferry crossings are booked for Newhaven-Dieppe on 2nd Aug, returning on Mon 17th Aug. Booked camp site an Lake Annecy for 6th-10th, and hotel in Tignes for 10-12th. The parts in between are undecided and I'm up for just kinda winging it.

I'm happy to go solo as I'm very sociable and easy going, but thought if there were any other like minded people looking to do a summer trip with some skiing, paragliding, gorge walking type fun along the way, you're more than welcome to join.

It's my first EU trip on the bike to really looking forward to it and would be cool to have some company and make some new friends along the way.

You're welcome to join part or all of the trip if you prefer.

Cheers,
G

Thats a shame I'm booked off end of August to do an Alps Trip else I'd have joined you. I'm going solo too :)

Lake Annecy, good choice. We have camped there many times. Where abouts is your campsite?
