Stayed in both the Hotel Fernblick in Fiss and Hotel Enzian in Landeck. They are part of a small group of 7 hotels who market themselves under the "Lets Bike Together" brand. http://www.motorrad-hotel.com/en.html#karte
Lovely mountain road up to the Fernblick, hotel popular with German and Dutch bikers, and is good value. Owners speak English. Good food although the fixed menu is slightly limited compared to the choices at the Enzian.
Enzian is a bigger hotel and has the range of BMW bikes for hire if you fancy something different. Given its popularity, this may provide a better social / bar scene for those travelling alone. As someone else stated, the Enzian is tucked away amongst housing so no lovely Alpine views and Landeck itsefl is nothing to write home about.
I have heard others indicate that the SportHotel Weisseesspitze and the Hotel Mondschein in the Dolomites are both good - rated higher than Landeck.
Lots of choices in the Alps. I have also stayed in Pfunds which is closer to the Stelvio. If the above hotels are too expensive just about every village has a Pension which does B&B.
Another nod for Livigno. Much overlooked ski resort too. High though. My wife went for a few training runs (crazy bird) while we were there a few summers ago... totally knackered!. Also snowed on us in August! Easy into Swiss places too.
If you can understand German, then have a look here: http://alpenrouten.de/
IMHO, this is the most reliable and uo to date site for the Alps. There are also many routes (154 at present) to download in Garmin GPX format.
