No, they'll cover more than the plastic, but not the top of the rocker cover :

Touratech one's are cheaper

untill you damage one and have to throw it away and buy a new one ( same with crash bars) -- i will recondition my ones for £20 ish ( i'll have exchange sets ready to go as soon as you need one) - one fall off and your saving money.

undo 3 caphead bolts -

or i may enlarge the centre aperture so you can remove the spark plug cover and plug without disturbing the protector -

i'll have a look and see how much there is to play with when MY prototypes arrive
