First in an occasional series of "Please help, I'm new to this" starts with the following (I have done a search and R'edTFM but to no avail):

- Can I get rid of the Safety Warning and French maps copyright etc etc screens when I turn the unit on, that both need me to press "OK"? Yes, I know pressing "OK" gets rid of them, I was hoping that I could set it up so they don't come up at all!

- How can I get rid of this child like smirk on my face when I think about / play with my new toy?
