I've no idea where this is....
but, I think I'm correct in saying the symbols four provinces are represented on the plaque, and that as well as the harp on the gate and the pic. of a (regular) solider in a great coat most likely points to this being a memorial to Free State troops from the civil war (rather than t'other side) and not a War of Independence memorial.........but then again I'm probably wrong.
