Cos that’s a later gearbox main case with earlier internals and rear case

Looks suspiciously like my 1974 R75/6 which is in a later stage of nearing an expensive reassemble.
Engine had to be cut from frame and front engine mounting bolt drilled out.
Clutch needed replaced.
Tank, bikini fairing, mudguards and side panels with one painter. Should re ready in 2 weeks.
Frame, swinging arm, stands with another painter. Should be ready in 3 weeks.
Cylinder head exhaust guides and seats being worked on. Should ready next week.
Waiting on gudgeon pins which are in the post.
Battery box for powder coating, and chrome to be rechromed.

It took 10 tonnes in the press and nearly 200 deg of heat to get the pistons out.
And no,I didn’t smash the barrel skirt,
It’s a shame because I could have saved the barrels ,chimps
If anyone has a set of 1000cc iron liner barrels,shout up
