Another pannier question

Has anybody had any experience with the Krauser range of panniers as per the link below?

I had Krauser panniers on my old RS many years ago and I could not fault them. I am thinking of buying from them again or maybe a system from the 'Metal Mule' range.

Is there a fitting kit for the WC for those panniers? There's no mention of the WC in the BMW menu on the page.

I was privy to a hard pannier test in one of the magazines with the Krauser one of the participants. They were okay, and suitable as a casual pannier but not a match for the Metal Mules which are just a fair bit more robust and sturdy. The Krausers - like the Givi and SW Motech - have adaptor plates connecting to a universal frame for each bike and on the GS LC it made the panniers splay out a bit awkwardly at the front. They also stand quite proud of the bike and are wider than the bars. They also lose space on the inside due to the sloping corners of the base, as well as the internal fixings. Personally they wouldn't be my choice. But to answer the question, yes, there is a GS LC fitting kit.

Yes they do looks similar to the Metal Mule frames. Though I am beginning to lean towards the Metal Mule range.
