, offer is still on for doing a stint in Devon if needed. i can always do a trip for him down to Lands End
cant go any further than that in the UK, and then pass him on ,can take him to Southampton from here if he wanted to do the Isle of wight just a thought for you, if your trying to plan routes for him inthe south west

butI'll be in Cupar on 13th. Could make it by bike if not snowin (ahm no as brave or stoopit and as willin tae freeze as his madge), and escort Bacon to the west coast if required. (I'll take my nephew's xmas pressies doon the road this weekend in the car - the kids slide and drum kit'll no fit in ma panniers no matter how much I try
