I remember when I ordered the then new GSA in 2006 I ordered in February got it in September ! I'd solgd my 1150 GSA so was without a bike . Had to buy a 1150GSA SE while I waited never preordered since . My new XE was one of the first in the country , one allocated to the dealer for the launch weekend . It seems all you guys want the TE model and that's why there's a list . Try an XE , very small difference in spec and you'll probably get one sooner

The dealer gave me a px price in feb and honoured that untill the new bike arrives so im not to unhappy as i still have a bike to use knowing that the value is locked in always found it easier to sell on bikes that are full spec models

I have a Blue GSA TE on order. Ordered it 15th April or just before. Told it will be here in the next few weeks. Where can I use the vin to check the order?

We'll I've been given the vin consisting of two letters and 6 numbers but the link only seems to accept 7 digit vin numbers

I don't read German either

Have I been given a duff vin?

Can anyone shed any light on this little conundrum.

Used the VIN checker the other day and found the production date of my bike. 04/06/2014, then I got an email from the dealer a few hours later to say its on its way
Unfortunately I wont be able to take delivery until mid July as I'm outside the UK working just now, bummer.
Was all on time though as per the info they gave me when ordering, so not all bad I guess.

Well I've tried my vin on a few of these decoder sites to no avail

The link above does not recognise it, others have and on one site my vin is an RT1200 2013 and on another it was an M5 car if I go and collect my bike and take the keys to an £80k M5 I don't think you will hear any complaints from me
