I've been on Zwift for a while now and am getting slightly bored with it now. This combined with their latest price rise has me considering other option, Fulgaz being one.
Are there any long term users of this App on here who have any thoughts on it please?

I too am fed up with Zwift, especially with the increase in price.
Will be interested in any other suggestions.

I use BKool, there are quite a lot of rides that use actual video of the route, but you’re on your own. There are group rides at velodromes where the other riders appear as realistic avatars, and you can draft them.

Thanks for the response Comrades, apologies for the tardy response.
I've been trying out Fulgaz on a 30 day trial and really want to like it.

Fulgaz also has videos of the actual routes but as above you're on your own.
I'm having real problems with either screen or turbo lag, I'm not quite sure which; in essence the turbo bears no resemblance to what I'm seeing on screen. For example the screen shows me cycling up a 12% gradient but I can spin the pedals easily or alternatively the screen shows I'm on the flat but the turbo feels as if I'm ascending a steep hill. I've made sure I'm on 'Reactive' which is the right setting and tried downloading the rides or using them in real time but neither option makes any difference.
The 'Help' videos are all out of date so I've contacted Fulgaz for some help.
It's really frustrating as apart from that I quite like the look of it.
My free trial has another 24 days to go but if I don't get it sorted I'll bin it off which would be a shame.

Thanks for the above suggestion, I've never heard of BKool so I'll give that a go.

I've just downloaded BKOOL. It looks a little complicated but seems much better than Fulgaz, thank you again.

I've had a response from Fulgaz, they're saying my phone (Samsung A14) isn't good enough. Disappointing as Zwift and Bkool work fine through it.
To be fair to Fulgaz it is a pretty shi'ite phone though.

I get messages saying my laptops aren’t powerful enough but I ignore them and it works ok. I guess a newer laptop might give me better screen resolution.

I'm plodding on with Bkool for the time being though I'm not sure how long it will retain my interest.
