I need more storage under my seat and am looking at my options. Is there an enterprising and/or gifted tosser that would know how to make one of these :

I am a total numpty when it comes to engineering - I would have thought that this would be right up Migsel's street. Anyone got any suggestions???

The only problem I can forsee is that you are putting different (more) forces through the seat - the 'full bar' has the effect of stabalising the seat, whereas the the individual retainers relies on the seat strenght much more - may not be a problem for you thin guys, but may be an issue for us with the 'fuller' proportions.

What will happen under braking..

Will those modified mounts hold under braking, in an emergency..?

A mate has the low seat option and the bars on that are, as standard, short as per this mod.
