Any ideas what this is?

I got this yesterday with some other bits and bobs, but am unsure what it is for. both sockets have a red/black wires all pre.wired into the bmw plug

Looks like it is for plugging in standard car style plugs... two of them!

It's a power lead, converts from the BMW din type socket to the more conventional "cigarette lighter" type, bonus is it gives you 2 outlets.

I had an extension like this on a K i had recently. Usually for GPS? I have an extra car type socket on my GS for the GPS but I wired it straight to the battery so i could still use the Hella type.
