Any recomendations for a compressor.

My trust old compressor gave up the ghost today trying to blow up my new 80s

Was about 35 years old so not to bad. Who is using what and where from, looked at Screwfix and Northern tool but they all seem so ££££s and far to big.

I had 3 duff compressors in a row from B&Q last year,finally went to Machine Mart,so far so good.

Axeminster power tools do a very nice little unit 2.5hp for about £100 delivered - just got one for my father and he is very please dwith it. it is not one of the oil free ones so should last a little longer.

Get an old one with a big tank, not of the new cheaply built bits of crap that are sold these days.
