For most roads I ride CC isn't feasible but it sure is nice on certain highways. I used to replace the right bar end with one of those friction knobs that could be tightened to hold the throttle but obviously on hills it had to be overridden all the time. I believe my first motorcycle with actual cruise control was a 2009 Harley Electra Glide and decided then that I wouldn't want another midsize or larger bike w/o cruise.
I doubt that very much .
Exactly!I’ve used cc on probably every type of road, motorway to twisty narrow mountain roads and never had a problem. The throttle and brakes still work so easy to adjust speed either way.
Got cruise on my Vstrom .
Speed limit here is 35 so if I’m pottering around the coast I set cruise to 40. It’s never on for more than a minute or so but so easy to knock off and re engage
