Hotmail or Msn messenger??

I've not been able to log on and view my emails all day so far......

I'm guessing theres a problem with Msn somewhere...............

Just managed to log in to both with no problem.

Well, Iv etried again and still nothing,
even when I just type hotmail.com in my address bar, nothing......

Ok, so, I'm now assuming theres a problem with my pc,

It seems to have been acting up a bit recently, Its a 3gig machine 512 ram, win xp home etc etc, running pipex broadband, but its been getting slower recently, with problems on shutdown like having to press the power button a lot of the time to finish the sequence.

Ive got Norton systemworks, I've run virus scan, adaware, I've deleted all temporary files, history etc, have defragged it and have done all I know to try and sort it, but still it continues to be slow and sporadically unco-operative.

Am I missing something?

Well, nothings changed since yesterday in that dept.
I've done nothing other than turn off last night and startup this morning.
Could it suddenly decide to stop play??

I can't over here - thought it was just work's ISP (Domicilium) as you can get into MS sites on Manx.net apparently - can you get into microsoft.com as I can't even get that
