60 miles is that close enough?

To be fair i like riding that way i often go to the Riverbank Tearooms at Slaidburn for a bacon butty and coffee in typical GS fashion lol
the road from Slaidburn to Bentham is good too (The Skaithe)

I rode that last week. Wasn’t familiar with it, but a friend knew it so we had a 250 mile day out with that as a part. Also had a brew at the cafe at Slsidburn.

I'm heading in that general direction on Friday, don't think the cafe will be open though as I'm setting off from here about 5pm heading to the campsite at the Wasdale Head Inn at Gosforth.

I was going to fly up the M6, but depending on traffic at the time i might take the non motorway route through Settle and Kirkby Lonsdale

Will ride around the lakes on Saturday then camp somewhere else and ride home the long way Sunday.
