not so sure they are exactly the same,on my last hexhead the brembo ones used to squeak which I found really annoying,stuck some bm ones in and all was well again
How do you work that one out? My GS appears to have a direct connection between the front lever and calipers. It even works when the ignition is switch off...
If you have a Nav 5 have a look at the last ride stats and look at the rear brake usage compared to the front despite not using the rear at all knowingly (or at least very little) rear brake use is often double that of the front
Beware - for me on a 15GSA I changed the rear for brembo sintered at 5k miles, the rear brake felt pretty in effective and lacked the final stopping bite, really not pleasant. A mate of mine suggested and kindly gave me a pair of EBC sintered HH pads and these provide the bite and so far do not seem to be wearing as fast (hope its not the disk wearing instead!)

I know that; the 'system' does stuff with the rear brake on its own. What I'm pretty sure the system does not do, However, is decide not to apply the front brake below certain speeds even if you use the lever...
