Has anyone got or used an Oxford heated seat pad. I was wondering how comfortable it is to sit on and whether you would slide around on it? Not interested for myself but my wife misses the heated seats on the 1250

Yes, that’s where I saw it, but not much more information available. Don’t want to buy it if it’s uncomfortable to sit on or you slip around on it.

Keeping my wife warm and comfortable means we go for longer rides and get out more

I bought an air stapler and a heated seat pad kit off eBay for my Tmax scooter, it was about £35 for the seat kit as I recall. It’s a carbon fibre heating element with two stage switch, I fitted it beneath the OE vinyl seat cover and it’s bloody superb, easily a match for the very expensive heated Sargent seat on my 1250.

Not thought of doing that. Glad it worked out for you.

Heated shorts/leggings for your lovely wife?

I’ve no idea but something like this must be available.
