officially THE best place to live . . . . Wokingha
Since coming back from Norway, the surging is unacceptably noticeable at 2,700 rpm.

Anyone got a Twinmax or similar in the Reading area, so I can balance my TPS? Will exchange service for beer.

Would any of the Reading socal elite also care to take advantage, if a benefactor emerges?

Cheers,

Neil.

I don't know if there is a more depressing thread than this -

a) no replies - not too surprising

b) the expectation that there will be someone around to provide and presumably operate the equipment that this gimme gimme dipstick requires

c) after spending a four figure sum on his machine he is to tight to buy the tools (or visit the dealer) to maintain it

d) that he doesn't know that there is only one TPS (pretty dificult to balance a single item) and a voltmeter not a Twinmax is required for TPS adjustment.

e) given the huge amount of information provided on this site about surging, TPS adjustment is probably the last item in a long investigation.

Hiya
just read this.
I've got a twinmax, and you're welcome to borrow it, but I'm near Twickenham Rugby ground.
If this helps, please let me know

With an attitude like that, lets hope that you don't, at some time in the future, require any help from any memebrs on this board. I doubt it will be forthcoming.

If you look at the time of the post it might be put down to;

A) Boredom

B) Night-shift wobble syndrome

C) Pissed

D) Just unpleasant! :D

Just shows how much help I need!

Yes, based on years of experience of the cameraderie on this site, I am 'expecting' that someone will offer to help me. That's one of the reasons for its existence.

Dealer visits have not fixed the problem, and I'm not a registered WMB charity.

The huge amount of information on this website has actually caused me to post this message!

Your cynicism, wit, obvious knowledge, and personal abuse greatly ignored, Boxertissues.
