Anyone got manual DVD or anything !!! For the x challenge

Pulling my hair out my 2nd DVD turned up this morning , same as the 1st waste f##### g money useless nothing on it has any one got 1 they would like to sell ? Also I'm starting the strip down this week, so if any one has any bits and bobs they want to flog I'm in the market !! , also took it for a spin yesterday running really hot, nathan told me abt changing the rad £ 400 I can see this is going to be expensive.

Thanks bisbee no good I'm afraid it's the riders manual which I already have, I need something with the torque settings etc, I've brought 2 DVDs now and both are snides with nothing on
