Anyone had this problem?

I have recently got a new 1200GS and had my old 660 wired in by the dealer.

When I set it in the cradle and then start the bike, I cannot hear any voice prompts or music.

If I start the bike then put the unit in the cradle it seems to play.

I have not looked yet to see how it is wired up (battery or canbus) would that make a difference?

Any ideas?

You can't hear voice prompts or music via the internal speaker, headphones or Autcom connected to the mount or Bluetooth...?
