Anyone info on 2009 1200GS?

Thinking of changing my 2005 GS before MOT time, but really don't like the colours of 2008's nor the mismatch of bronze, silver and black colouring of forks, wheels, cylinder heads etc. 2008 bike rides really well though. Will the 2008 be the last iteration of this model, and so should I buy one, or will the 2009 be a "tart-up" which may have better colours available e.g. white or red?
Anyone any inside info?

I'm currently looking at purchasing a 2008 model and asked the same question at my local BMW bike retailer last week. They've already seen all the 2009 bikes and the GS, apparently, is pretty much unchanged - bear in mind it went through a reasonably big revision this year.

Having said that, he could have been talking a complete load of !!!

I HAVE heard rumours that the new bike in 2010 is VERY different though, with the introduction of a off road focussed 1200 based bike . I guess only time will tell if this is indeed fact or fiction

Isn't there some story about euro emissions meaning that there has to be a big change in 2009 to the engine?
