Yes, I put it on and with 10 mins Chiswick Honda bought it. I got what I wanted. They said they sell like hot cakes down south.

Although I did buy a V85TT brand new a couple of years ago, sold to a chap on here (Lemon drizzle gang?) with probably a thousand miles on the clock, then realised I actually liked it more than I thought, hence the purchase of another one. I’m sure you’d love it, as most do, although the 350 seems a more sensible option, half the price, not too far behind in performance, double the under seat storage. I’ve never ridden one but who knows………..Well done. It has made me look at these. Will need to go for a shot on the nearest demonstrator to see what all the good reviews are about.

I should imagine that is the same as bods wondering if a GSA with a huge 30 litre plus tank and uber panniers, is better than…. Well, anything else on two wheels, whilst others insist that it is and / or that you can’t tour on anything with a tank under 18 litres.
To dispel any myth, go to the top of any Alpine pass to see what people do tour on, quite happily.
