Help I had a Nautilus given to me with the bike,Brand new in the box, guy had tried to fit it and said the relay is faulty.
He was Right, So got new relay, wired up horn check everthing works before connecting horn, great. Connect horn and just a dull thud.
So i have taken the cap off where the brushes are housed and tried to turn the armature, it won`t turn, if you pull the armature up it feels like its on a spring and will turn but when you relocate it into the bottom bearing/bush it will not turn. So me onker don`t work, Any ideas on how the armature comes out of the caseing. I do not want to take the other end off as it looks sealed and may not go back again.
Help PLease.

Are we talking 1150 (or earlier) or 1200 here,

If its the 12, it is possible the bike will not recognise it.

If you give up to the Nautilus, I can recommend the Stebel from Nippy Normans. Its a straight fit for all GSes and is far louder than the original. All for about £10.
