We are possibly looking to order 2 sets of side panniers for both my BMW 650GS 2010 model and a set for my wifes bike ( exactly the same) but 2008 model.
We would be looking at ordering the shaped pannier inserts to fit exactly into our shaped Vario panniers.
Could you please let us know the cost of the 2 sets including any postage/carriage charges.
We live in Leicestershire so are not far from Loughborough and also the time it would take to get the order made up ready for us.

Firstly, I must apologise for the delay in responding to your enquiry!
Our Internet service provider recently changed their spam filter and a large number of our customers emails have not been reaching us.
We can make Shaped pannier inners, providing that it is just the sides that are shaped, the gusset will be the same width throughout.
We will need you to provide a paper pattern of the inside wall shape of your panniers, together with the depth measurement required.
Price for shaped pannier inners is £35 per pannier.
Delivery is charged at £6.99 per order.
Delivery time would currently be approximately 2 weeks from receipt of payment and measurements.
