Anyone using Nolan N44?

I've been using one for the last few months and not overly impressed with it.
I bought the helmet just after buying my GS as I had previously been wearing an open face helmet on my Harley.
I've previously had a nolan n100 flip front when they came out in '99 and an n40 with full visor and peak, so when I saw the n44 with the visor and peak I got one from gerickes just before they went bust again. I ordered a pinlock insert from Louiss in Germany as the helmet and my glasses misted up really badly. I trimmed the two winglet things off the chinguard as they got in the way doing blind spot checks.
I haven't worked out what use the vent on the visor is apart from filling with water and creating more wind noise when open as it doesn't vent with the chinguard in place and to top it off you can't use it with the peak and visor fitted at the same time.
I'm currently looking at replacing it with probably a Shoei Hornet or an Arai Tour X.
