Apple: Have they lost the plot?

As someone with many Apple products in my house and possession, I was reading an article in last Thursday's Guardian, and I thought:
Many of the sentiments in the article are largely correct, especially in respect of itunes, upgrades and passwords.

It keeps deleting my music and funny old thing is it is music I have uploaded rather than purchased through iTunes. It never deletes music purchased through them.

Isn't it funny how people's perception of a product changes. A while back they were perceived as a chic underdog and everybody loved them.

If you never upgrade an apple product they work fine. I've had my iPad mini for a few years and it's been brilliant. Made the mistake of upgrading the software and it's now turned into a useless piece of crap. Similar issues with my wife's iPad.
