Came across this guy on Twitter about two years ago (via a shared love of stupid cars). Was super helpful (for free) in terms of advice, including the odd phone call. Then I discovered he lives in Chesterfield, near my in-laws, so when my MacBook needed upgrading I arranged to meet him a pub and have him do the work.
Did a brilliant job, super quick, and not at all expensive.
I've also bought my serious (non-downloadable) software upgrades from him (one disc does all Macs in the house - ask no questions etc).
Anyway, his name's Jon Bradbury, and I reccomend him. If you're into your cameras you might want to look at his pix too - excellent photographer.
