Approximate Time Of Arrival

Ive had a good look and cannot find so I hope that I am not asking a question that has been asked.

I have just upgraded from a 550 to a Nav iv which I understand is near as dammit a 660.

On my Zumo I liked the fact that the display gave me an approximate time of arrival, I find it useful if I have to be somewhere at a certain time and need a break I have a good idea of how much time I can wait, i also found it useful last year in the Alps when I was following a route that I had input, I realised that I had bitten off more then I could chew and if I was to take the final couple of Cols that I had planned I would not get back to the hotel until late, this feature gave me a good idea when to cut and run.

the Nav seems to give the time and distance to the next turn but I cannot see a setting to give time of arrival.

Any sugestions

not got the 660 just the original quest, all sorts of options to decide what figures get displayed at any one time - keep looking it will be there.

BTW are you looking to offload the 550 - dying to try one

Whilst on the navigation page, you have to be navigating though! Is that why you can’t find it? Get it navigating a route, and then click the info boxes either side of the menu button. It sends you to the Computer, select arrival this puts a tick in the box and then go back to map; you’ll see it now shows it. Then do the same but on the other side... Jobs a good'n

Tap either bottom left (speed) or bottom right (moving avg) of main map screen - opens two pages of data .

BTW, if you run in More Data view, you then have four boxes on the righthand side, all of which are configurable, rather than the two in the stand view.

I find the more data view much better as I do not really need to see what is either side of my route and I like to keep an eye on my arrival time, tank range etc. Oh yes and the altitude is fun in the mountains too.
