Hmmm
2008 looked all sunny and dry.Is that the norm? I would have thought it would be all snowy white in norway that time of the year.
Since doing the elefant rally in germany(must have still brain freeze) i seem to like the idea of winter rallys

What is this new year thing(as on one of the pics on the 2008 thread)??

Same style as Primustreffet (the last weekend in February, at Fjorda, Bjoneroa) = bring all you need for the weekend in tent&snow.

Typical weather for Vedsamleren (Fjorda, October) is like on the pictures, but below zero at night. Snow is not typical, but it might rain.

Bring ALL you need! You never know the weather the first weekend in January; it may be +10c or -25c, rain, sun or snow.

I know Heidnau have tyres for vinter, but I don't know if the name is TKC.
Soft rubber is better then hard rubber in the cold on snow and ice.

A map showing there is a tunnel at B Drøbak, and a ferry at D Moss-Horten.
Trollsvann is between E and F.

It could be good to know if you are in the area and the ferry or the tunnel is closed.

Would you be able to find out how much the ferry from Hirtsals to Larvik is?
Are there a lot of toll roads if we would ride up through Danmark?

The square oven, with a door, for baking bread inside it?
I have searched - no luck. I have to ask him, I theink I have his number somewhere...

-Or the oven for making it hot inside the lavvo - not to put food inside?
That I can find a link to. I believe they cost 2-3000,- NOK over here. You need a sidecar for that, and the lavvo!

Note:
Not all lavvo are made for a fireplace inside; some fabrics burn up!
