2610 bits missing waited 3 months for replacement
Map 60cs opened box and didn`t work also waited 2 weeks instead od 48 hour delivery advitised.

NEVER AGAIN, DON`T USE THEM THERE A JOKE

You've obviously had a bad experience with them :( but I must say, when I used them last August I found them brilliant. The chap on the phone was knowledgeable and helpful, and I received my SP3 (from Portugal) within 3 days of ordering it.

Touche

I was very impressed with Aspid. Everything was there and delivery was v quick.

Prices were good too.

Did slow down a bit this side of Stanstead though.

Give em a hard time.

With the 2610 they never belived me about bits missing, and ordered 60 SC months later they kept saying we will post tomorrow.

Drove straight down to GARMIN HQ this afternoon, the second I opened the box, they replaced it NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

Thought that would be quicker than waiting 3 months for a replacement.

The usual excellent customer support from Garmin, but I’ve order two items from Aspid and had no problems, in fact they rang me at home to sort out the 276c auto nav kit so I’ve no complaints.

Not in stock

I ordered a car kit and 256mb card for my 276C on 16th February thinking it was a stock item. It is now promised for shipment on 3rd March upon receipt from Garmin. The price(238)was about GBP40 better than others. The response is polite and friendly when I have pressed them.

Backerman, what was missing, just curious because when I bought an SP3 last year it had already been opened and the data card was missing.
After sorting it out with the shop I complained to Garmin that the boxes aren’t sealed. They acknowledged the complaint but still don’t seal the boxes. Know doubt its so they can get in and change the contents without damaging the packaging, but its not very good for us is it.
