Nope, the V6.0 mapping is the latest and is barely different from V4.0, this is due to the fact that the Spanish do not do their own mapping, its done by Michelin about every 15 years and there is so much new EC funded road building that the maps are out of date every year, the older roads ( the ones your'e interested in) are on though, one cracking road to try is from Cangas de Onis to Sotres then on to Tresviso, the end of the world, its a wonderfull area, you'll love it.
Just watch the speed limits on the coast road where the motorway ends near Panes the part between it and Oviedo is a favourite for speed traps, be carefull.
