Hello, I've just picked up a bike that has got an older Autocom set-up on it with 5-pin connectors for the the headset/mic. Does anyone by chance know if there is a converter/adaptor for the 7-pin available, I've got a newer unit on another bike and wanted to utilise both if possible...

Thanks in advance,
Rob :thumb2

Yes, there is a convertor cable to allow you to use a 7-pin headset on a 5-pin system (I possess just such a cable). So give the factory a call, as it is unlikely that a dealer other than Chainspeed will have it in stock.

Superb..

.. thank you.. will give Autocom a call :thumb

It would also depend on which 5 pin system is actually fitted on the bike as there are two different headsets for our older system depending on which system it is.

If you don't have any luck with Autocom/Starcom I have the correct cable that I have no further use for.
