Autocom Active-7-Smart with Iphone

Hi Rich/others,

Can I pick your brains once more.

Iphone 3g - connected to Active Smart autocom - by wire not blue tooth.

I see online various forums for making a iphone 3g compatible cable.

Question is - is there a genuine autocom cable for iphone 3g for both music and calls? and which port of the active 7 should it go into?

Hi Rob,

As the iPhones do not have any auto answer options running them via a lead is not really safe and there would be no way of answering any calls. We only recommend our Bluetooth donlges which as part of their programming are set to auto answer any incoming call. So you would need a Part 1276 £85 to get you connected correctly.
