Hi everyone.

Could do with some advice please. I have an Autocom Active plus and a Zumo 550. I'm going to fit both to my 05 1200GS.

The Zumo has a plug on it already, so I imagine that plugs into the socket under the dash of the bike.

I want to talk to SWMBO and listen to the Zumo. I want to have a wired connection for the Zumo audio.

Both units to be bike powered. What leads do I need?

Where does the Autocom connect for it's power? Splices in somewhere, but not sure where.

At this point, I'm not worried about phone connection.

Any suggestions for a GPS mount for the Zumo? I think there is a BMW bracket. Anyone know the part numbers.

I am an electrician, so am not a complete numpty!

Thanks for any help. You are all very nice people!

Thanks Dave. :)

I think it will be better when Autocom web site is up and running properly. I can then click on my unit model to see what I need. All their spares and accessories seem to be for 2009 models at the moment, or maybe it's just me! In the meantime I think I'm going to pull my mates bike apart. He has the same set up fitted already. Maybe he has a receipt with part numbers.

for later .... bluetooth adaptor...part 1273 (check year of your unit as some need a mod to power the B/T)

Lots on the market find one you like. or ask on here if someone has one going.
