I've had an Autocom Active Plus setup on my 1200GS with Garmin 550 and Kenwood radio working well for some time. Recently added the Autocom Bluetooth BTM-02A module to connect my phone. I paired the phone with the 550 and then paired the 550 with the BTM-02A module. BTM-02A is connected to the Aux 2 socket.
I can dial from the 550, hear the person answering, but I can not talk(or can not be heard) by the person answering the call using the Autocom headset.
I've seen some other threads on here describing this issue. One mentions a low level of Garmin 550 software, so checked that the 550 is running the correct level. I've checked that the Garmin Bluetooth option of 'Phone Only' is selected.
Having recently joined SERV Wessex(Blood Bikers) and communication via phone is important, so any ideas/suggestions welcome.
