Autocom hardwiring question

I can't see any reference to an in-line fuse in the fitting destructions!

I can't use the recommended brake light live feed so I'm going to pick up on a live feed elsewhere.

Have you used an in-line fuse? If so what rating?

Yes, cos it doesn't do any harm and better safe than sorry etc etc, 1.5amp on mine.

Edit...just done a search and fuses used here in the past have gone down as low as .5 amp so Mine's probably a bit overated...still less than the wire's capable though

Take a live from fuse 4 cable in the relay/fuse box, and put the autocom in the empty space in the left hand side of the relay/fuse box .
