autocom noise

Hi can anyone help me I fitted an autocom avi pro on a 1200gsa and all seemed well for a couple of days.But im now getting a loud ringing noise when i plug the helmet lead in and have had to turn it off.I am also using the zumo lead 1299 so any help is appreciated.

Speedo, try unplugging your Zumo first to see if its the cable roughting or the lead itself causing the problem so you have only your Super Pro plugged in. Then see if the sound goes if it does with will sometihng wrong with either the Zumo or the cable routing along the bike. If it doesnt we need you or the Super Pro sent back to us for full inspection.
