I apologise in advance if I have missed this elsewhere, I have tried a search but no luck. Can anyone tell me where they have sited the pillion plug for the autocom on a 1200ADV, pics would be good too. Many thanks

I have fixed mine with a cable tie to the front part of the rails that form part of the rack, so it ends up close to the seat lock. Seems to be easily accesible, even with panniers fitted. (at least thats were I think it is, bijkes at home & i'm at work !).

Surely the best person to ask is your pillion, they are the poor buggers that have to find it and plug into it

NMine just sticks through between the edges of the driver and pillion seats on centre line of bike. Seems to be OK as wife has never complained.
When not in use it can be pushed down out of site.,

Rainbow kindly put a stick on holder that mine slots into, just below the passenger seat on the LHS. The rider one is stuck on the LHS on the tank side panel.
Thanks for the replies, I was given two of the plastic holders for the plugs and have used the riders but as I haven't got the panniers yet I was unsure where to stick the pillion one so it doesn't interfere with thier operation. Eastriding, were you out with a bunch of GS's at Brid on Wednesday evening? seemed to be about 6 of them at the petrol station near the double roundabout on the Scarborough road.
