autocom position

fitting an autocom to my 1100gs.
just wondering where best to put it, on top of the air box looks favourite to me, or maybe under the passenger seat on the rear guard if there's enough clearance, any suggestions.

Is the 1100 the same as the 1150 under the pillion seat? If so then yes it'll fit.

My autocom is on the rear mudguard under the pillion seat.

On my 1150 it`s under the tank in the space in front of the battery on a home made bracket, no ABS
