Autocom Pro Vox Settings

I got a AutoCom Pro some time back and fitted it to the GSA all went well connected the phone to the Zumo Via Bluetooth then wired to the Autocom Pro Automatic.
The only problem is in riding using a System 6 Helmet is i can,t get rid of the mike cutting in all the time even with the vox settings as high as it will go .
Any noise the mike cuts in and down goes the music any ideas Stewart

not familiar with system 6 helmet but excessive wind noise on the mic may cause the vox to operate....try blocking off any vents so they do not blow onto the back of the mic?
also
check which way the vox level has been turned, maybe you have turned it soft/sensitive direction in error? (anti-clockwise looking at the panel is to make it harder for vox to switch on)
