Autocom (the manufacturer)

PERFECT SERVICE.
i bought a new mobile phone - i called autocom to order the "adapter" to plug it in so it would work handsfree with my autocom system.....

the phone is so new they don't have the adapter yet - however - they suggested i could send them the car hands free cable (i got with the phone) and they would see if they could custom make me an adapter -

i posted them the cable - they sent it back the very next day - it works perfectly.

i felt that kind of perfect service comment worthy.

(phone is a sony ericsson K750i)
 
Can only echo what you,ve said,
I traced a fault to part 102(bike powered cable/conector for kenwood radio),
sent it off after phone call, so they could test to confirm my suspicions,
In the post to me is a new part + a extension lead all free of charge....

Customer service second to none...
