Autumn East mids rally??

Choices,find a pub with camping /food
Basic campsite,toilet shower,fire pit
Corner of a farmers field ,maybe a campfire, toilet available.this would be for a small number of attendees
Ride outs? Up to you
I don't mind taking a group round the vale for a few hours:thumby:

Simple, basic, no bands, no 'charidee', no wobblyboxes, no cars, no caravans, no bikes arriving on trailers either pls.

How about my ol' idea : 'Back to Basics East Mids Rally' - in a field behind a Pub would be good, who needs 'facilities'

Somewhere to bung a tent within staggering distance of a pub sounds perfect.

Maybe a fire/brazier but nought else.

I've got a chocka Sept/ Oct but if I can make it I'll be there.

Ditto, as Andres, busy September but happy to get involved if can ;)

+1. I enjoyed that one in wherever it was the other January, despite the fekkin frozen solid grass field. I am still thawing out over that one.

I'm in. :thumb2

George at Alstonefield might be a runner?

The clue is in the thread title!
East mids!!
I suppose Staffordshire/ Derbyshire May well be in the east mids
But I for one will not be "hosting" an event two hours from home
We can suss out the anchor on Wednesday if that is not suitable I have a few more ideas

I have a new (secondhand) tent. And a new (new) footprint thingy for it so you can count me in.
As long as the shower blocks are sparkling & I have my own toilet please. :thumb2

I'm up for a boozie camp-up (as long as dates don't clash with the demands of the job)
